What are credits?
1 credit = €0.01 of usage. Usage depends on how much the AI does for you.
Included credits reset monthly and don't roll over.
Top-up credits never expire. Your balance comes directly from Crafter.

- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — both plans start with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then.
- Who can subscribe?
- Crafter is in early access. Once your access request is approved, you can choose a plan from this page.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Yes. Prices shown include VAT for EU customers. Your final amount is shown at checkout based on your location.
- Can I cancel or switch plans?
- Any time, from Manage billing on your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We don't offer partial refunds for unused time. See our refund policy for details.
- What counts as a Team member?
- Anyone who builds or manages apps in your workspace. Team includes up to 5 members. People who only use your shared apps don't count.
