Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Substrate Artificial Intelligence SA, Valencia, Spain, for the use of Crafter Labs and the Crafter application (the "Service"). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you may bind it.

Crafter is in beta. Features may change, be limited or be removed, and the Service may have errors or interruptions. Access is by invitation: we review requests and may approve, waitlist or decline them at our discretion.

Keep your sign-in method secure and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity in your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in euros. Prices for EU customers include VAT. Plans start with a free trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your plan starts and is charged automatically.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel, change plan or update your card at any time from "Manage billing". Payments are processed by Stripe.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Subscriptions include monthly credits. Included credits reset each month and do not roll over. Top-up credits never expire, are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Credits are consumed according to AI usage at published rates. We may change rates with at least 30 days' notice for future usage only; past usage is not repriced.

The service stops when your balance reaches zero unless you have opted into automatic top-up. Automatic top-up charges your saved payment method within the threshold, pack and monthly limits you set.

You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy, including the waiver of the EU right of withdrawal.

• Don't use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing.
• Don't try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the security of the Service.
• Don't build apps that collect personal data without a lawful basis and the notices your users need.

You keep ownership of the content and apps you create. You grant us the licence needed to host, run and display them to provide the Service. You're responsible for your content and for the data your apps collect; where your apps process personal data of others, you are the controller and we act as your processor.

The Service, its software and brand belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't transfer any rights except as stated.

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if required by law. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts of Valencia, Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to bring claims where they live. Contact: hello@crafterlabs.app.
